Shopping at VeggiePets.com

Shopping at VeggiePets.com is simple. Here are the basics:

1. Just browse through the product categories on the left hand menu.
   
   
2. Add the products you want to your 'bag' by choosing the quantity you want and then clicking on the add to cart button.
   
   
3. When you have what you want just click on the Checkout button. You will then be taken to the checkout where you can leave your delivery details.
   
   
4. You will now have two options for payment:
   
   
• Pay online by Credit or Debit Card. Your order will be sent to us and you will be automatically sent to our Payment Service Provider's secure servers where you can leave the card details safely. For more details about secure servers click here >>. We will then automatically receive notification that your order has been paid for and we are able to start preparing it for you.
• Complete your online order and then Pay by Post', which will take you to the Receipt page which details your order and the amount to pay. You can then send a Cheque or Postal Order, order even post or fax us your card details on the receipt that is automatically produced. We will have already received your order, which will show that payment is due to follow. When we receive your payment we will prepare and dispatch your order.

Please note that that you will not be able to see any delivery costs until the shop knows where in the world you are. You can get your delivery costs calculated before you spend any money just by going to the first step in the checkout and selecting te delivery country and clicking 'next'.

Then just continue shopping and the shop will then calculate the delivery cost of any items in your basket based on the combination of delivery location and gross shipping weight.
